A dedicated leader, veteran, and advocate for workforce equity, Erica Horandt brings over 17 years of expertise in business, Human Resource Management, and employee rights advocacy. As a combat veteran and entrepreneur, she has worked alongside startups, small businesses, and large corporations, serving as the critical bridge between employees, business owners, and corporate leadership—ensuring fairness, accountability, and economic growth.

Erica’s commitment to empowering communities extends beyond business—she actively engages in homelessness initiatives, workforce development, and mentorship programs for entrepreneurs to promote job creation and economic stability.
